3 Month Shaklee #Cinchspiration Update

in Family Life, Reviews, Shaklee's Cinch Program, Weight Loss

So I aired out our dirty laundry this morning. Now it’s time to tell you how much I weigh. Ha. Okay, I’m not going to tell you how much I weigh, but I *will* tell you how much I’ve lost. Or, I told you in the video above. *cough* I hate video blogging. Maybe I would like it better if I’d taken the time to, you know, put on some make-up and get dressed properly for the day? Maybe. In case you want me to just cut to the chase, I’ve lost a total of 18.4 pounds since early June and 30.5 inches. Here’s the chart:

And here are my *ahem* pictures:

It was hard for me to get a good shot of myself this morning. My 12yo photographer had already left for the day, so I did the best I could. Kind of dark, but maybe you can see the progress? I think I can.

I had to cave in and buy new jeans this month. Sure, that’s a good problem, but I really didn’t want to spend the money on them, particularly if I’m going to keep losing weight (and I TOTALLY AM). But there you have it. I couldn’t wear my other ones anymore.

My first 5K race is this Sunday. Chloe and I did a 5K in just under 40 minutes last night, so I think we can do this. Again, we may come in last, but we will come in, so that’s good enough for me.

In truth, 18.4 pounds is so not where I was hoping to be by the end of three months, but it’s 18.4 pounds less that I would have been had I not been trying. I’m still motivated to keep going and still chugging shakes for breakfast and lunch. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.

I am being given the products and support to complete this program for 6 months for free in exchange for my honest evaluation.  All thoughts are and will continue to remain my own. I keep a proper disclosure statement available here.

You’ve done a great job, Meagan! I would totally love to try a program like this once I’m done nursing.

You can definitely tell a difference! I wish I’d taken a decent before picture before I started “dieting.” I’d love to be able to see the progress in mine like I can in yours! Good for you and good luck keeping it up!

Thanks so much, Shandra! It’s been slow going ever since, but at least I haven’t put it back on…
