Millie and I recently discovered the secret to our success. Craig took the other three to the $1 theater to see a movie she didn’t want to see, so I said I’d stay home with her because I needed to organize the school room in the worst way. She opted to watch the new Madagascar 3 on DVD. In a rare moment of home organization genius, I suggested she watch it on the computer back in the school room so we could be together. The unintended consequence being, of course, that I would not be able to to get on the computer the whole time she was watching, thus I would spend that whole time CLEANING. It worked.
But what also worked was that Millie really enjoyed having me in the room with her while she watched. I was pseudo-watching the movie while I cleaned and Millie called me over to the computer multiple times so I wouldn’t miss out on some of her very favorite funny parts. It was a good time for both of us!
As you can see in the first photo, we were sent the 3D Movie + Rainbow Wig Pack. It includes the movie on Blu-Ray, DVD, and Digital Copy and is available from Amazon for $19.99. I’m sure it’s at your local stores by now too. It just released on DVD two days ago!
