I shouldn’t have needed this excuse to have some friends over tonight, but apparently I did. I’m so glad it happened, though, because I REALLY enjoyed the time with them. So what was my excuse? I introduced them to the HP Deskjet 3052A Wireless e-All-In-One Printer.
I was sent the printer you see in the photo above, 2 extra HP XL Ink Cartridges, and $10 Walmart gift cards to give to each of my friends. Nothing says love like, “Come on over for dinner, adult conversation and free Walmart money!” *grin*
The main points of this wireless e-all-in-one inkjet printer are these mobile printing options: Use the AirPrint app for iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch, or use the HP ePrint app to wirelessly print files and photos directly from your phone. It’s actually a pretty cool feature – my printer has it’s own email address and I can send a file to it from anywhere and it will print. I told my friend Becky tonight what my printer’s email address is and I have a feeling she’s going to have a little fun with that in the coming days… (Oopsie? Should I have kept that info to myself? *giggle*)
I was sent a list of suggested party activities and foods. The fall party punch recipe was really great! I opted to make different appetizers, though, and our dinner was a salad supper in which everyone brought their favorite salad toppings. Y.U.M.!
Above is the yummy punch and some toffee fruit dip, apples, and a cheese, sausage, and cracker tray. Also, all the Walmart gift cards! I was sent several templates to print and I had those on display as well.
We didn’t really need any party prompts – good friends, good food and we’re good to go! After dinner I demonstrated how I could print from my phone. That’s when Becky got the gleam in her eye that said to me we may very well be hearing from her at unexpected moments by way of our printer sometime soon…
Overall, it was a great evening. One of the gals has a printer like this already and her son is all over the “print away from home” feature. Another gal was just thinking the other day that she wished she could print something at home while she was away from home, so she was duly impressed.
I, too, am impressed by this feature. I just a hair shy of being completely techno-savvy with it and have a few things to figure out still, but what I have figured out so far has been pretty fun. We’re glad to have a new printer on deck around here!
We were sent the printer, ink cartridges, and Walmart gift cards for the purpose of review and giving away. I did invite nine ladies to join me tonight, but only five could come. We missed the other four, but we had a great time together. True story. All thoughts represented in this post are my own. I keep a proper disclosure statement available here.

I have never before heard of being able to email your printer something to print. I have been wanting a wireless printer but this just tops it all!
I think wireless printing would be great, especially when we eventually upgrade to fancy phones which do e-mail. And I’d love to make better use of my printer for creative functions.
